Honest by design
How We Collect Reviews
When a project is finished and signed off, we ask the client to leave an honest review on Google. We ask everyone, not just the clients we expect to be happy, and we never offer money, discounts or gifts in return.
We do not remove or hide reviews we do not like. Under UK consumer law, fake reviews and hiding negative ones are banned, and we would not want to win work that way anyway.

How We Respond to Feedback
We read and reply to every review. When a client raises a problem, our reply explains what we are doing about it, and we contact them directly to put it right.
Feedback on one job helps us improve how we run the next, from the survey and the quote to site tidiness and communication.

What to Look For When Reading Builder Reviews
Star ratings only tell part of the story. When you read reviews of any builder, including us, these points are the most useful.
The type of work
A review of a boiler service tells you less about a loft conversion than a review of another loft conversion does.
Communication
Whether the client knew what was happening and who to call.
Price and changes
Whether the final cost matched the quote, and how extra work was agreed.
Tidiness and respect for the home
Especially important if you will live in the house during the work.
How problems were handled
Every project has snags. What matters is how quickly and fairly they were fixed.
