Lofts & extensions
Loft conversions and house extensions that add space without moving house.
Loft conversionsOmni Builders is a London construction company. We carry out building work, from loft conversions and extensions to renovations and new builds, together with the plumbing, heating, electrical and finishing trades that complete it. One team runs the whole job, and we work mainly across east and south-east London.
At a glance
Our story
Most homeowners who have had building work done know the pattern. The builder finishes the structure and leaves.
Then you are chasing an electrician, a plumber, a plasterer, a tiler and a decorator, each with their own diary, their own quote and their own view of whose fault the delay is.
We set up Omni Builders to take that problem away. Instead of handing you a list of trades to coordinate, we plan the building work and every trade that follows it as one job. One team is responsible from the first survey to the final coat of paint, so the gaps between trades, where most delays and disputes start, are ours to manage, not yours.
The same approach works for smaller jobs too. Whether you need a new boiler, a rewire or a room redecorated, you deal with one company you already know.

1What we do

Electrician servicesHow we work
Five commitments that shape every job — big or small.
Every building project has a named project manager who plans the work, books each trade and is your single point of contact. You do not have to pass messages between trades or work out who to call.
After a free site survey you receive a written, itemised quote that shows what is included, what isn't and how payments are staged. If something unexpected comes up on site, we explain it and agree any change with you in writing before we carry on.
Building work goes wrong when trades arrive in the wrong order or wait on each other. We plan the sequence before we start, so first-fix plumbing and wiring go in before plastering, and plastering is finished before tiling and decorating begin.
Some work must by law be carried out and certified by registered engineers, such as gas work and notifiable electrical work. On our projects that work is always handled that way, and you receive the certificates and building control sign-off at handover.
You live in your home while we work in it. We protect floors and furniture, keep the site safe and tidy at the end of each day, and tell you in advance when noisy or disruptive work is planned. We also keep your neighbours informed where work affects them.
Your point of contact
One named project manager — survey to handover. Our people
On a building project you will meet your project manager at or soon after the site survey. They stay with the job to the end. Around them are the tradespeople each stage needs:
Every one of them works to the same plan and the same standard, and your project manager checks each stage before the next one starts. On smaller trade jobs, you deal directly with the tradesperson doing the work, with our office behind them. You can see the finished results in our project gallery and read what clients say in our client reviews.
Where we work
We work across London, with most of our projects in east and south-east London. We know the homes in these areas, the councils that approve the work and the kinds of projects that suit each street.

On building projects you deal with one named project manager from the survey to handover. They plan the work, organise every trade and keep you updated, so you always know who to call. On smaller trade jobs you speak directly to the tradesperson doing the work.
Some specialist work, such as gas work that must be carried out by registered engineers, may be done by specialist trades we work with. Your project manager coordinates everyone on site, and Omni Builders remains responsible to you for the whole job and the quality of the finished work.
Our company number is shown on this page and at the bottom of every page of our website. You can look us up on the official Companies House register using that number before you book a survey.
